2007 Artists’ Studio Tour

Warm weather and great art brought out the crowds at the 5th annual Studio Tour. Painting can be solitary work, so it’s great to fill the studio with friends, old and new, and talk about art. Patrice served the best batch of Posole yet. We had plenty to go around.

If you could not make it over last weekend, it’s not too late. We will leave most of the work up through the Thanksgiving weekend. Email or call 719-685-1828 if you would like to drop by for look.

A heartfelt thank-you to all of you who visited us during the Tour. We had a blast and hope you did too. See you next year.

New Prints

Just in time for the holidays, we are expanding the collection of giclee prints. These are archival-quality reproductions of my original paintings. They come in a wide range of sizes on paper or canvas. They are impressive in their faithfulness to the original work. I have recently started hand retouching some of the canvas prints, giving each print a unique touch.

New prints include “Gathering Storm,” “Sunrise in the Garden,” and “Late Summer on the Ranch.” To see the entire collection, go to Prints on the website.

Journal

Read the adventures (and non-adventures) of an artist. What’s the story behind the paintings? Every event is shockingly true. Read the journal if you dare.
